We are happy to give any Public Sector organisation (eg Local Authority, State Schools, Hospitals etc) a speedy 30 day credit facility all we ask is that you send a formal written request with invoicing requirements and we will arrange for an account to be opened.
For all Private Sector organiations, if you are using us for the first time or use us on an infrequent basis then we will be happy to set you up with a Proforma account where payment will be required before goods are despatched (Credit/Debit Card or Bank Transfer).
For more frequent customers, we will be happy to consider setting up a 30 day Credit Account but this will only be accepted on receipt of satisfactory trade references and an acceptable Credit Rating within the Rating agency that we use. Once agreed, we do however reserve the right to suspend or remove credit facilities should the account fall overdue or have no activity within any 6 month period.

The timescale involved in creating a credit facility will depend entirely upon how quickly your trade references reply but if you don't hear from us within 4 weeks it would normally mean that one or more of your trade references have not responded, in which case a different one will be accepted.
